In 2008 Cox & Kings acquired well established Australian owned destination specialist Tempo Holidays, signaling C&K's arrival into the Australian market. 12 months later the C&K brand was launched with a range of small group journey's and private itineraries showcasing some of the most fascinating destinations around the world. The C&K brand portfolio now offers Corporate and Educational Travel divisions as well as a Leisure product range that includes special interest groups, an exotic escapes program as well as a number of strategic partnerships with iconic organizations including the National Trust, Australian Polo and Victorian Racing Club.

In 2009 C&K Australia acquired the Scandinavian & Russian specialist Bentours, to complement its existing Tempo Holidays and Cox & Kings product and destination ranges and in 2010 C&K Australia launched an Australian version of the online travel supermarket www.ezeego1.com.au
